1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vakaso ("the Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service & Licensing

Vakaso provides free and premium browser-based utility tools and browser extensions for developers and creators working with Artificial Intelligence.

Vakaso Secure Paste Pro License Scope: Each standard personal license for Vakaso Secure Paste Pro grants the purchaser a perpetual, non-exclusive license to activate and use the client-side secret detection, API key guard, and contextual auto-redaction features of the extension on up to two (2) personal devices concurrently. This license includes all future pattern updates, platform compatibility patches, and maintenance releases for the Secure Paste core engine.

Future Modules & Add-Ons: A personal Secure Paste Pro license applies strictly to the core secret and credential interception capabilities. It does not constitute an all-inclusive entitlement to separate or advanced modules that Vakaso may introduce in the future. Optional advanced security modules (such as AI output firewalls, code hallucination analyzers, or terminal shields), cloud-hosted synchronization services, and enterprise team collaboration features may be offered separately as optional add-ons, higher tiers, or standalone tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any free tool, extension, or the Website entirely at any time in accordance with these terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, design, and original software are the property of Vakaso unless otherwise stated. Third-party trademarks, provider names, and logos (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Meta) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy for paid software licenses, including Vakaso Secure Paste Pro. If the software does not fit your workflow, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date by emailing [email protected] with your purchase email or license key. Upon processing of a refund, the associated license key is deactivated.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

All tools, website calculations, and browser extensions (including Vakaso Secure Paste) are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Security & Secret Detection Disclaimer: Vakaso Secure Paste is an automated pattern-matching safeguard designed to assist in intercepting common secret patterns. It operates as an extra layer of defense, not an absolute guarantee that every secret, credential, custom token, or proprietary string will be caught. Obfuscated, non-standard, or unlisted secret formats may not be detected. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the sensitivity of any information you paste or transmit into third-party AI services.

Pricing Disclaimer: API pricing changes frequently. Although we strive to keep pricing accurate, estimates provided by the AI Cost Calculator are for convenience only. Always verify pricing directly with the official provider before making business decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Vakaso, its founders, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, data breaches, unauthorized credential disclosures, financial loss, lost profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our website, tools, or extensions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. User Responsibilities

While our tools process data locally in your browser to protect your privacy, you acknowledge that the ultimate responsibility for data security and credential confidentiality rests with you. You agree not to rely solely on automated client-side safeguards for critical security compliance, and you agree to use our website and software in full compliance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
